Probably the same reason I have to make my own. However, I do not know what the reason is. Maybe we can make each others next year? We are both in November.
They did fix the thing where, even if you indicated it to be public, it wasn't sometimes listed (that happened with me). Check your user CP and make sure it is set tp public, if you want it to be.
