Very easy listening. Probably won't be very intrusive for the movie, which is the plus side. Can't see listening to this on the radio, though.

You know...it's growing on me. Originally I thought it sounded too much like "iris", but not so much anymore. It ain't no, "I don't wanna miss a thing", but if it a movie's got to have a love ballad to attract the teenie-bopper's ladyfriends, this isn't horrible.

The Goo Goo Dolls performed this on Jay Leno last night. It was pretty good, but I think there will be other songs on the soundtrack that I like better.

Hahah, of course I was kidding. I really ment Enya.

Anyway, I really do like this Googoo song. It's really growing on me, and this soundtrack seems to be mixing some good old and new, which is more than I can say for Spiderman. I was happy to see some Pumpkins in there

I second your feeling, for different reasons (maybe).....I remember when I was a kid and the love ballad started playing in the middle of a great movie; I knew this was the time when the plot was going nowhere (in opera, they call this an aria) and the boy and girl were gonna do something nasty like KISS and then the boy would end up hurting the girl because she would be screaming but she'd be screaming "oh yes!" or something like that..........That's when my mother would come in, cover my eyes, and hit the fast forward button. Happened everytime in Top Gun when "Take my Breath Away" would cue. Got so used to it that I'd fast forward myself, even when she wasn't around.

Anyways, I think it's a shame that the top hit single coming out of this movie makes me want to hold hands. I'd rather the top hit single be a death metal song that makes me want to hit something. And blow lots of shit up.

^ Amen to that. This song would go great on the end credits, IMO.

    I like it.

But maybe that's because I'm a girl and we're more likely to enjoy "sappy love songs."

I think the only song I am looking forward to anymore on the soundtrack is the one by DISTURBED...,

Unless of course it to is also apart of the whole cut my wrists, step on my heart and wear all black and cry my dying bleeding heart out, and sulk and brood in my own misery EMO-FORMERS SOUNDTRACK...

Grrr I hate TEENIE BOPPING EMO TRASH

Eh, you know its only going to be played when Sam is doing it on the hood of Bumblebee, while the other Transformers watch, so, in an alien robot fetishy kind of way, its not so bad...

    <mr.horse>No sir. Don't like it<mr.horse>

But yes ... I guess it could be worse. And probably the reason I don't like it it's because I've never liked Goo Goo Dolls' "style".
