The main enemies will be evil humans? Looks like Transformers has completely lost its animated appeal. We will be looking to the movies as to what Transformers really is from now on.

Every time I read something I get more and more frustrated. people HATED the human characters in the other shows, and now its chock full of them. They will appeal to kids, and are either going to generate new fans, or lose all the old ones. If they were going to make a gamble like this now is the time though, the movie should hold interest for a while even if the Cartoon blows.

Can someone, just one person here please wake up and remember that Hasbro has multiple lines going constantly.
This isn't for us, I get it, but there will be something aimed at us on the shelves with this, we just haven't seen it yet.

I think it ruins the idea of two factions of robots from a faraway futuristic world fighting in an epic war where we are just in the middle.

I'm down with the new direction. I LOVE the designs, and I'll reserve final judgement on the story until I've watched at least the first three episodes.

After seeing the first picture I don't think anyone was shocked that alot of the people are from teen titans. Hated that show, hopefully this one will show that they have some talent.

I would actually be ok with this sucking, just so I could quit spending money on TFs for awhile.

Writer of X-Men is promising, from what I've seen of that show it was pretty good.

Right, but that guy is Marty Isenberg. Who's last TF work was co-story editor on Beast Machines. Not that means he can't write a great new TF show, but that I have my concerns since I really couldn't stand BM.

I'd be fascinated to see some kind of mid-season Decepticon team appearance like in RiD. Something along the lines of allying with the Autobots to begin with but showing their true colors later on and a three-way war in the series finale. Evil humans have a lot of potential, especially if they have tech to properly challenge the Autobots.

Ah, that list of writers/producers pretty much turns the "Teen Titans Rehash" theory into stone-cold FACT. They have no new ideas for Transformers, they just want to see if it fits into their current mold because that takes zero effort. Way to go team, give yourselves a nice big pat on the back for spending only five minutes in the board room. I hope the extra time it afforded you on the greens really helped improve your swings.
