I don't want or need this, but I have to say, Kup's head looks great in red. still don't want it though.

 

Damn, it looks really good in red.
That head is so brilliant that I kind of want to buy it a third time so I can make meself a red Kup.
I have no idea what to call him in my classics collection though. He would feel less like Swerve with that head.

Finally... iGear sent me my shipping notice today for Hench and UFO.  

 

I got mine, too!

 

Worst part about October is I've got three weeks out of town. Gonna suck to be out of town right when these arrive . . . but I'll dive into them when I get home. Hoping they're as cool as Rager and Spray.

 

No shipping notice for me yet, but I ordered on Friday so that's not really a surprise.

I keep checking the sites but nothing. Not even a word for release date. I think iGear is focusing more on the mini warriors and put it on the back burner. Which sucks because I'm waiting on it. Already got my Swerve ready.

 

I got my Swerve specifically because of the red head, so I really hope they do it. And it doesn't cost $30.

Never heard of it again. Which is not surprising, as iGear has a habit of teasing stuff and not make it happen.

 

I have a feeling this is not going to happen. Too bad. It's a great idea. It would have been better if the head was retooled to actually resemble swerve and not Kup.

I guess it could be an infected Kup. From the last episode in season 3 where everyone was infected with that hate virus thing and they all had that red glow or something.

I digress.

But it has been very quiet on the iGear front. Something has to be in the pipeline over there. Again, I don't think the red Kup heads will be it. But it is iGear and it is hard to guess what they will be doing.

 

That would have been great, but the IDW head for GDO's Swerve would have competed with iGear's own MW Swerve.
There was a very good head shown by Venksta, but for some reason it wasn't intended for production. I'm still hoping that someone on Shapeways or maybe Dr Wu comes up with an IDW facesculpt.

 

I emailed iGear about a week ago for some sort of update. But alas, nothing.  

 

Still want... if I can get it then it will help me justify the iGear Veer.
