That is very cool, looks like I'll be getting these MP jets after all since Takara is in love with MP Prime.

Glad to see they gave wheel jack 70 his props I knew igear wasn't dirty like some say. I'm happy with these coneheads,I really hope they do the seekers or sell a kit to get rid of that stupid hip kibble on mp seekers never understood why they did that, something about the designer wanted to make them to look like they had swords which is a dumb idea he should have kept to himself.

But they pop right off. And if you don't want to cut off the balljoints, there IS a third party kit that gives him some new pieces to cover it up. It's not like your only option to get rid of the hip kibble is to buy an entire new third party figure.

    I lol'd.
Still, those Bumblebees look amazing. I'm kind of frustrated that they've been delayed for so long, but those boxes are spectacular.

But that's the problem... I don't wanna pop them off, and most others don't either, they still look stupid and still shouldn't have done it. Igear comes to the rescue with the coneheads and I'm sure they will do the seekers the same and I will buy just like many many others. Oh I hope they do the rain makers also I sent them a email to suggest they do:dj

You'd rather pay hunderds of dollars instead of popping off two balljoints?

Actually I hope they make kits for those of us that have the original MP seekers to eliminate the hip kibble. I for one would buy a kit like that for my Takara MP Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker.

I found frenzy_rumble's Guide to moving the hip kibble easy enough to do.
Was worried a bit when I first did it on Screamer. But after that I felt more confident and did Skywarp and Thundercracker.

So.. Keeping this relevant to the thread.. I wouldn't be interested in buying a new figure when my existing ones were easy to update.

I truly honestly don't see what the problem with the hip kibble is. Seekers fly and hover in both robot modes, so why does limited hip articulation matter? This is much different on my usual stance of articulation is most important, but I think aesthetically the hip kibble on MP Seekers looks great and really emphasizes the idea that flying and hovering is their preferred method of mobility in either mode.

Plus Kawamori Shouji is a GODLY mecha designer. Many design choices on the Seekers ooze his design elements which I love. I suppose if you want something more G1 accurate, which is fine if that's what tickles your fancy, but I LIKE the fact that they're not G1 accurate...that they're wholly new and MUCH more interesting and awesome designs than the blockfest G1 seekers.

I doubt I'll get all three Coneheads but I'll most likely get Ramjet, as I've always been partial to his design.

His only great design is the Macross VF1. Everything after that, went downhill really quick.

The prototype Seeker is still superior to his redesign.

Unless they're paying him for his work, they are.
