I'd be very interested to see if it's truly original engineering, or some previous random mold that's been retooled to have more G1 characteristics.

will have to see what it is, first. Too little info. If its Ironhide and Ratchet MP, then at least I can pass, as I don't collect MP.

The good thing about low expectations is it's hard to be disappointed!

Cool, but I'll reserve any real excitement for when I can actually see some of the toy.

interesting. Didn't anticipate an MP Ironhide/Ratchet repaint.

What does that text about botcon actually mean, are they announcing this there?

Just remember gang PP is not MP.

Also, regarding this being an original mold or a copy of another figure.... Copy of what? Lol. If it is Ironhide and Ratchet ;)  Then what mold would the copy and tweak? Classics? No! Animated? No! G1? oh God No! Lmao. So to put speculation to rest. YES, original mold, and yes, they look Amazing. IF, they are Ratchet and Ironhide ;)

Does it fit with Classics line and scale? And no, I am not saying its an MP, I am saying if its an mp, forget it. I reserve full judgment until some more pics are actually seen.

So these are not MP's huh? I see they are going to use TFSource to get their figures over here in the U.S. I'd imagine TFSource has some pictures to display at their both at Botcon. If these are "Classics" size I'd expect the price to be under a $100 then. I would be all for replacing my Blue-face Ironhide and Ratchet.

Well, if it's not the same size (or at least comparable to) "Faith Leader" and the Coneheads, then it's an easy pass for me.

LOL @ Trailbreaker. Funny you say that. A month ago I posted on some of the henkei and classic threads telling people to stop paying those crazy ass prices for Henkei Ratchet and Ironhide and just be patient. I hope they listened.

PP puts things in scale with Classics. ie PP-01 Faith Leader. You will never see a PP figure taller than Faith Leader, well unless they were taller on the show or in toy form.

    Intriguing.

I have Henkei Ironhide/Ratchet, but will be curious to see how these third party toys are.

Though I honestly am more interested in Impactor.

Some PP's like PP03 are MP scale, so there is hope yet. As far as i'm aware, only PP01 is reduced size.
