Well, let's see. I'd have to pursuit and chase in the car as well as have it be useful when I am on foot. So...

On the road:

Forward firing MG: Offense.
2 single shot anti-air stingers: For possible air threats.
4 single shot guided rockets in the roof cavity: Fast moving targets or stationary structures.
Bullet Proof Glass: Defense.
Radio and Radar Jammer: For surprise attacks.
Underbody armour: Defense from grenades.
Silenced gun built into the side mirror: so I can aim and fire whilst next to a suspect's car.
Oil Slick/Smoke Screen: Defense.
Tracker Bugs: For, erm, tracking.
Light alloy and fibreglass construction, bullet proof tyres and/or reinflating tyres.

On foot:

Ability to send info and footage to the car's hard drive.
Ability to launch the guided rockets using laser designation.
Ability to send automatic 'back up' requests when comms are not established with the car at certain intervals.
Self destruct for the car.
Auto start for quick getaways.
GPS and satelite Broadband access.
A hidden motorbike in the trunk for quick getaways or quick trips.

The car itself, something flash, but not too conspicuous:

Anybody remember the game "Spy Hunter"? Yeah, if I were a spy, I'd want that exact same car you drive in the game.

Except with invisibility. And the ability to fly somehow.

 

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this yet on a Transformers board;

The ability to turn into a giant robot.

 

Features for my spy car:

1) Rocket boosters in the back, concealed within the tail-lights
2) Machine gun in the front, concealed within the engine when not in use
3) Retractable wings underneath the car by the back tires for flight capabilities
4) Guided missiles concealed within the front car doors

That's all I can think of at the moment.

Don't even bother asking me what my spy car would be, it's pretty obvious.
