I would like personally like to thank Carlos Laos, Owner of LAFtoys.com, for such dedicated service. Here's the tale...

A 21st birthday present from my mom was the City Commander set. She pre-ordered it in mid June, and my birthday was on the 26th.

Just about 3 weeks ago my mom's card had fraud activity on it, closed it out, and got a new number. Both of us forgetting this was the card the preorder was charged to.

Yesterday we got an e-mail from Carlos saying my set was "pending" due to invalid card. The guy was out for the week AND sick, but he still helped us out. Within 30 mins he sent 2 e-mails, one was a new transaction detail, the other was con firming my order status was now "processing". If you ask me that's service.

Sounded like a good deal to me. Can'em sounds negative, I don't get it.

On another note, damn, if they are shipping then BBTS better be just around the corner on Monday.

I dunno, dude...you might want to edit your topic title. I also had the impression that "Can 'em" meant "forget the store."
