1. Cut out unnecessary humor (ie. Sam's happy time and Bumblebee lubricating)
2. Shorten the car dealership scene.
3. Move the final scene with Starscream after the credits.

That's it!

 

Megatron was in the ARCTIC circle. Not the ANTarctic. Michael Bay's geography is looking better then yours. at least he looked in the right direction for Egypt >_>

only three things i'd change.
1. an expalantaion of barricade's whereabouts
2.brawl and bonecrusher got more screen time, specifically bonecrusher. let's be honest if bonecrusher had gone up against anybody except prime he would've ass whooped them.
3.this is the one that needs to be fixed in my opinion the most and it wouldn't have taken much effort to do it, change the subtitle of devastator to brawl. i would've even settled for it changed on the dvd.

ona side note what i'd change about ROTF, 2 things.
1. changed sideways to barricade at the start just to end the specualtion abouth him being alive or dead.
2. gotten a hold of whoever wrote the script and beaten him with a hose. REPEATEDLY.

 

Only two things I'd do to the first movie. Not kill Jazz, and add Grimlock. Grimlock makes everything moar awesome.

 

- Remove the bumbling about in the backyard scene, in order to put the FX budget to keeping Prowl in the script (and fight with Barricade)

- Remove the Maggie/Glen subplot, and cast Rachel Taylor as Mikaela instead, keep Megan Fox out from the get-go.

- Keith David as Barricade.

- More Decepticon interaction in the first half of the film.

- Give Blackout and Brawl dialogue.

- Take out the interrogation room and classroom scenes.

- Polish the dialogue of the exposition scenes more.

- Give Jazz's death scene more pathos. Maybe a closeup of his face while it happens.

 

Focus more on the Transformers not the human characters.Also,make the Autobots a little more likable.

-Make Blackout Soundwave. As much as I like him, it would have been very fitting, and the design really works as an update for him. Have both Laserbeak and Ravage go after the soldiers. Either that, OR...
-Make Barricade, Soundwave. Cop car suits him, would have added weight to the TF3 scene where

he fights Bumblebee. Would also get rid of the drastic down sizing issue.

-Focus less on Sam's romance with Mikaela and more on Bumblebee and Sam's budding friendship.
-Only get Jazz and Bumblebee involved with the house scene (it made the rest of the Autobots look like stooges).
-Cut out the hacker subplot, insert a subplot of the Decepticons working on tracking down Sector Seven. Sets the latter up more too.
-Cut out most of the dorky humor, only keep in what worked.
-Remove the stupid ass glasses and find another, better reason for Sam to get involved. Maybe cut out the Megatron being in frozen in ice bit (always felt a bit pointless).

Does the average audience member know who brawl is? It doesn't matter just explain the name change with a simple scene like this:
Starscream: Meg...Megatron your alive
Megatron: No.. Starscream, Megatron is dead from now on I shall be GALVATRON!
Starscream: Yes Lord Mega *erhm* Galvatron.
Galvatron: And don't think I forgot about our last encounter.
Starscream: *gulp*

 

Remove Glen OR Maggie. I enjoyed the hacker subplot, enough, but it really only needed one character there: either Glen for comic relief, or Maggie for "omg hot and brainz u guys". The two of them together? That's what raises ire.

 

The Barricade loose end really bugged me. I think they could have done something with his Bumblebee rivalry in the final battle instead of having everyone fight Brawl.

 

Get rid of those damn sabot rounds.

 

Autobots should come in a space ship. Not land on earth as asteriods and jeapordize human life. What was RObert Orci thinking? He says it is illogical for robots to fly in a big spaceship. Then why didnt he have the robots reformat into flying vehicles or planes or space ships, instead of an asteriod? It makes no sense!

At least Ehren Kruger is bringing back the idea of spaceships that the Transformers fly in.

 

No. I hate the name Galvatron. Megatron should stick with Megatron
