He should totally be a blue and yellow Cliffjumper recolour.

I know I'm probably not in the majority here, but I would find it a hilarious running joke if every single autobot that died had the CJ body. Like if Bulkhead dies as some suspect he might, it's only after he got reformatted into a green CJ body.

 

Interesting theory. Indeed, Cliffjumper's body-type seems cursed to die a thousand deaths!

Oh, the irony of it all! After finally escaping the remodel-shadow of Bumblebee, he dies in the first episode, dies again in the second episode, and then repaints of him die.

 

I cant wait for Dreadwing to make his apperance tomorrow either know hes a reused Skyquake model. So what im trying to say is that after see Dreadwing tomorrow I dont want to see another reused model for any new autobots or decpticons. If we do line uo seeing Seaspray let him be a compeletly new character no more reused models.

 

I say yes as I like jokes like that and I have no respect for Seaspray. Also, I want a toy exclusive repaint of Cliff with an orange deco.

 

I just like how every dead autobot so far is a minibot.

No, he'd be a Bulkhead redeco so Wheeljack'd have two friend with the same body type like Arcee.

 

The funny thing is that, if Dreadwing dies, we could say the same for the Skyquake body!   (Makeshift doesn't count because we didn't get a good look at his original form.  )

Might as well, since the people who make the show are lazy as f**k when it comes to creating individual characters.

 

Or ya know, didn't have the budget.

It costs an awful lot to make one character model alone.

 

Like Cliffjumper or Skyquake? They only used them twice at least.

 

Would you rather have a recolor or a fresh new design?

A yellowish Cliffjumper posing as Seaspray would gravely disappoint.

 

My point is why waste the money to make Original designs if you are only going to use them once or Twice?

 

They have each gotten a lot of use. Cliff's model was used as him, Zombie Cliff, and Tailgate. Skyquake was used as Skyquake, Zombie Skyquake, and it's gonna be in like 12 episodes as Dreadwing.

Besides you're arguing with yourself. First you take a sarcastic jab at the creators' perceived lack of creativity and then you state that new designs are pointless if they're not gonna be around for like, an entire season.

 

Usually for the sake of story. If they kept reusing character models Arcee wouldn't have lost her partners and we'd have a team of 7-8 Autobots (this includes Cliffjumper and Tailgate). But no one wants to see that.  

 

why is everyone bitching about the whole Dreadwing/Skyquake thing? for 25 years we've have clones and seekers who almost all look the same...
