    I'm pretty sure someone just cobbled that video together and called it a deleted scene.

    Redundant isn't the word for it.

    Yea, I'm gonna have to say no, Frank was voicing Megatron just 30 minutes prior to that scene and like grimlockprime said, Frank also voiced Galvatron in Season 3 and 4.

    Your argument to that being it being good to hear Nimoy's voice again, well it's Nimoy voicing him in that scene, so it's a bit ******ed and he's voicing Sentinel Prime in DOTM, so there is your Nimoy throwback.

    As D-Unit said as other have said, redundant. It's already spoken and already known, don't need to see it again. Also totally breaks the flow of the scene with needless back and forths.
