What would be his role? I personally don't see one other than maybe having a cool fight with Starscream at some point. Maybe he could have come down to fight Sentinel during the betrayel scene and actually have a decent fight. He would die obviously.

I wonder what Silverbolt would've even been. The Movieverse has both given classic names to random bots and made faithful interpretations. No clue if Silverbolt would've been a flier of any type. =/

Hope he actually was planned for the film, not some bogus misinformation.

 

If he WAS on the film, I think he would have filled the role of the Xantium [i.e a giant Autobot ship to carry Autobots around, but this time, SENTIENT!].

 

or he would have shooten down the decepticon ships that pin down optimus while he fights sentinel

 

I figure he would have the Jet in the hanger that carried Sam and Mearing to Cape Canaveral, the jet is Bay's and it did have Autobot logos on it after all.

That would be kind of neat, but I kind of always thought that he'd be like an Ac-130 or A-10 Warthog, considering we've seen them in both of the previous movies and are heavily armed. Plus in the G1 series, he was afraid of heights and had been a low-altitude transport; that makes both somewhat ideal since one's a modified transport and the latter is a low-altitude close air support jet.

 

He would eat pillowy mounds of mashed potatoes.

 

They used that number on Blackout because it was on Bay's jet, I assure you that it wasn't Blackout.

 

He would not be a wuss like G1 or emo like in BM.

At the end of the film after Optimus kills Sentinel you see the Autobots walking towards him, and i noticed two Silver looking robots. The one on the left I think is Sideswipe but I cant figure out the bot on the right side? Is he Silverbot?...unlikely probably someone else....

 

He would have had a dogfight with starscream, which would have been Beyond awesome
