I imagine the two come hand in hand? Would he get replaced without bay? Idk I could watch tf6 without jablonskys music.

That'be a bad news, but the good news is that Bay is leaving for once.

If whoever was calling the shots wanted him back, Im sure they could get Jablonsky. There's no exclusivity contract between him and Bay that I know of.

After five movies, I feel like I've heard what he can do. No disrespect or strong feelings one way or the other, just some bad associations.

Time for a clean break and a fresh start. I'm sure they can get someone good.

I don't think they're associated. Any directors who think that jablonsky's music are compatible could bring him back. But I actually expect someone new other than jablonsky so we could have that "fresh start" that the producers promised

Whatever or not Jablonsky stays would depend if the director wants him to score the film, if the director wants him to stay, then he'll stay.

Without Bay, I'm sure Jablonsky could get by playing piano in bars and cafes, he could do a bit of washing up after hours too for some extra readies!

Tbh, Jablonsky wrote some memorable music for these movies, especially the earlier ones, but he's not really any better than any other composer at his pay grade. I'm sure Transformers can survive without him.

Keep him, and let him team up with Brian Tyler!

Jablonsky better not being going anywhere. Sure the Last Knight score was underwhelming compared to others, but he is way above others in his "pay grade" as someone stated. This guy left such an impact on me with his scores for these movies.

It depends on the director tho. If the director wants him to return, he'll return

Steve will stay as long as Bay does. He's Michael's friend and his fav. composer. The first TMNT (2014) movie was composed by Brian Tyler. The second was produced by Bay and he replaced Brian with Steve Jablonsky. This just proves it.

Jablonsky will continue living his life, as expected.

Jablonsky said in the interview (in 2017' summer) that they have very good relations even from The Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

He’s done some great memorable stuff from TF, I don’t think there’s a fan out there who doesn’t recognise the Autobots Arrival and the variations thereof. I loved how Lockdown’s theme was so stark in contrast to the mostly orchestral pieces. Maybe it’s because I didn’t enjoy the film itself, but I found the soundtrack lacklustre. The continuous music in what felt like the entire third act kept meandering as if waiting for something to happen, and because it didn’t stop or change vastly, it made the whole thing feel like one vast scene that threatened never to end.

"Arrival to Earth" maybe the most epic and memorable movie themes of the 2000s. The Fellowship of the Ring theme and the Pirates of the Caribbean theme are probably the only ones close.

If Jablonsky leaves, i'll miss him but it's alright.

I wouldn't mind some new fresh blood.

Hopefully he stays with the franchise in some form. His music is one of the reasons I'm still with these movies.
