I am curious what you guys imagine characters like shockwave or Optimus PRIME would turn into.

 

Optimus prime i think would make sense aa a lion or a large wolf. As for shockwave its hard to say...but i think octopus, intelligent, cold, having a lab deep in the ocean so as to conduct his research and experiments in private, 8 arms/tentacles that he could make use of while doing his various experiments...i think it could work well..also keepomg his purple coloring would just work

 

I think a mammoth would had been cool for Prime.

As for Shockwave though, I think a terror-bird might work as a good beast mode for him.

 

For Prime a big red/blue Bat.

For Shockwave a Purple Possum.

 

What would Swoop have turned into during the Beast Wars?

 

Picking pterodactyl would be too simple a pick for swoop...maybe a giant vulture...something prehistoric

 

Jazz = snow panther
Starscream = vulture

 

Yeah starscream as a vulture makes sense...hmm so who instead for swoop...maybe some kind of fuzor of falcon and a lizard of some sort

 

The dinobots as ice age era mammals. Grimlock as a mammoth and so on

I can imagine prime Arcee as a deer or a gazelle though

 

I think Megatron as an elephant or a lion would be crazy
Imagine an elephant letting out a hellish roar as it breaks apart into a Kaon Gladiator

Or Optimus and and megatron clawing ad biting eachother as four legged hunting animals in a burning jungle

 

i know but she seems aggressive enough to be one. well aggressive in idw anyway
