Has anyone given this a whirl?

    Internet Explorer 7

I have been running it a week now and I am hooked. Its definatly a huge improvement feature wise over IE6.

Been using it full time since B2 came out in January, with the occasional poke at B1 before then back to last July.

Installed it at my work computer and *HATED* it.

Fortunately the comps had to be upgraded a couple weeks later, so I asked them to PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE remove the IE7 upgrade! :lol

IE is bad enough without it trying to imitate Firefox, and poorly at that.

I tried it. It's better than IE 6 certainly, but it damn well ought to, five years later. The biggest problem I have with it is that most of the useful content is just copying things that other browsers did 2 or 3 years ago. IE 7 doesn't feel like an innovation, it feels like MS playing catchup to everybody else. Honestly, it feels like that first hour I installed Firefox a couple of years ago, before I had any extensions. I rely constantly on extensions now, and some of them are a vital part of the way I use a browser. I don't want to part with them. So, back to Firefox I go. I do like the nice clean interface, and hopefully IE 8 will arrive before 2011 and bring something new to the table.

It won't install on my computer for some odd reason, I've never been able to understand why,, unless my anti spyware software is blocking it

Zomgz, what is this "tabbed browsing" you speak of? And what's this "Arr-Ess-Ess?"

had it and used it when my Firefox started acting up....then i reinstalled FF and used only that ever since.

I wish work would either get IE7 or FF...this no tab sucks.
