I just went to order Maximum Dinobots #3 and the Volume 2 of MTMTE collection, and the cheapest shipping option was over $15. I removed the MTMTE, which I searched for on ebay and found one for $3 shipping, and ordered it.

I updated my cart for just the single issue of MD#3, and the cheapest shipping option was almost $6, more than the issue itself!

Oh well, guess I can't order directly from IDW anymore. :(

Tell me about it... I was about to purchase the Alliance prequels from them a few days ago, but thought otherwise when I saw that the shipping was about the same cost as the order itself. I just can't justify paying money on shipping like that when I can drive to a freakin comic book store and find them there. (If I knew where a local one was.... >_>)

I order a lot of comics online and mycomicshop.com is simply the best for base price + shipping.

Maybe this is how IDW stays solvent. Since their Transformers comics seem to be tanking, they overcharge for shipping.
