Beast Wars: The Gathering "manga" (I'll assume that just means digest size)
    # Paperback: 96 pages
    # Publisher: IDW Publishing (December 25, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 1600100252

I don't see a standard-sized trade, but that doesn't mean that it won't be coming.

Infiltration standard size trade and digest

    Regular:
    # Paperback: 160 pages
    # Publisher: IDW Publishing (September 25, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 1600100104

    Digest
    # Paperback: 152 pages
    # Publisher: IDW Publishing (November 25, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 1600100198

Less pages probably means that they don't reprint every cover in the digest, or that any extras are omitted.

    Generations Vol One

    # Paperback: 160 pages
    # Publisher: IDW Publishing (December 25, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 1600100244

    Stormbringer
    by Simon Furman, Don Figueroa
    # Paperback: 104 pages
    # Publisher: IDW Publishing (November 25, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 160010018X

    Also of note:

Death's Head 3.0: Unnatural Selection TPB (Paperback)
    by Simon Furman, James Raiz
    # Paperback: 120 pages
    # Publisher: Marvel Comics (August 9, 2006)
    # Language: English
    # ISBN: 0785121080

Still, between the monthly G1 book & the monthly mini-series, it looks like we could get about five trades a year of new material from IDW. (3 four-parters a year & 2 arcs from the G1 ongoing.) Something to ponder for those of you comic junkies that prefer trades.

Is "Stormbringer" a reprint of their run on the Armada comic or is it something else?

oops. guess that blows the "secret" weekly project they are teasing with the ad of Cybertron. Pretty much figured that'd be the creative team. wonder what Universe it'll take place in?

Cool. Maybe it's the return of Thunderwing or Jhiaxus?

That guess is a long stretch, but I sincerely hope it's *unicron* related.:)  Otherwise, looking forward to what's in store.

"Stormbringer" might be the return of Sunstorm as well.

Yay for Don, bleh for Simon. IDW needs to find another writer. His work so far has been pretty good (BW #1 = hotness), but come on. Fresh faces, people, fresh faces.

Something weekly, what? I just knew there was a mystery project teased by an image of Cybertron that says "A storm is coming." That's all I know!

Not that Furman isn't an awesome writer, but they should bring back Brad Mick too.

blech. I don't mind other writers, but this brand is respectable enough for more REAL writers like Dixon, without needing to resort to hiring the guys that chased away so many readers at DW. If that's all IDW can find, just pack it in.

A Generations trade paperback? A pointless thing becomes even more pointless. These old Marvel stories have already been collected in trades by Titan Books, so what's the point in IDW collecting them too?

The same thought had occured to me, but Furman didn't write the G1 ongoing for Dreamwave. Besides, the Sunstorm/Jetfire story arc is scheduled for release this April.

Seriously. Maybe if they did "Man of Iron," which was intentionally omitted from the Titan trades.
