looks solid, but i was REAAAAALLLLLY looking forward to Ted McKeever's insanity on this.

The Shockwave cover looks very well executed. reminds me of the vibe of some of the early Marvel G1 covers, when the TFs seemed all huge and mysterious.

There used to be a time several years ago when I thought the concept of TFs as 1800s-style vehicles would be unworkable.

    I stand STRONGLY corrected.

Amazing. I would buy them all in toy form. Megatron is superbe, as are the seekers and Insectitrain. I love how Shockwave is reminiscent of Tidal Wave. Prime and Bumblebee also have great detail, though I'm not as big a fan of the train modes as I am of the others.

Well... some interesting stuff there. Not bad, really. I really dig Megatron. Pretty elaborate designs for the seekers.

Trains, tho. Lotsa trains. "Transform, and roll out- in single file because we're trains and can't go anywhere but on the tracks".

Well, lets see what they do with it.

For ones there is something on these I like un like the War Within forms. The only complaint I have is the robot modes for Starscream,Skywarp and Thundercracker. That is I wich the blades on there cheest would not be there. It just dosen't look right to me. I would love to see what they could do to Jazz,Tracks,Brawn Springer and Wheeljack. And maybe Wreck-gar.

    That is absolutely beautiful.

I want those Megatron and SHOCKWAVE designs as fully transformable toys, in my hands, NOW.

Sweet Lord!!!! I'm speechless, bah I was cursing while I click the thumbnails but you know what I mean.
It's incredible, the desings are , for a lack of a better term, PERFECT. :rock  :rock  :rock  Starscream is puer love, Megatron is a kick-ass killer machine, the Shockwave is unbeliavable, Bumblebee hasn't change at all plus his alt.mode is funny, the Insecticon train is brilliant and the locomotive Prime is awesome.
I'll order these comics without thinking twice. Hasbro MUST make toys of these. :rock  :rock  :rock
