I was thinking and what would you think if the following happened:

If John Barber could write two mini-series: one between the third and fourth movie and another between the fourth and fifth movie and then a miniseries to finish the Unicron plot and the universe of the movies.

 

They could also wrap up the plot of Animated, but that ain't happenin'.

 

Wait....you're telling me the movies had a plot?

 

Not a bad idea, Barber was a damn godsend in cleaning up the movie continuity if nothing else.

 

I would definitely have loved a mini that provided more connective tissue between the original trilogy and the fourth movie in particular.
