Guido Guidi on Art for the ongoing, I thought Alex Milne was now doing art, he did 16, very short run if thats him done.

We have known that chaos was happening for a few weeks now, nothing about it until now.

Can't wait for these. I love that I don't have to wait six months for the TPBs.

They rotate artists between arcs. Milne is on through Issue 18, which ends the Revenge of the Decepticons story. Guidi starts on Issue 19 and presumably will continue through the next arc. Milne will probably come back later on.

So we're not getting individual comics for the movie adaptation, just a TPB. Nice.

It looks a bit like Bludgeon is about to kill Prime on the Rising storm cover. I was thinking the mystery red head with horns on set looked like Bludgeon. Maybe I was right.

Anyone else get a "In brightest day, in blackest night, No evil shall escape my sight" vibe from this pic.

Anyway , interested to see how they handle Roddy in future issues. Will the Matrix upgraded into a Prime? They haven't really explained what kind of MacGuffin the Matrix is the IDW-verse

We don't know that. There's still one more month (counting from the TPB, obviously) before the movie opens - the individual issues will probably be published in June.
Actually, both the earlier movie adaptations have come out before the mini-series were completed; the one difference this time is that with the earlier adaptations the TPB came out the same week as the first individual issue, while this time it seems the TPB will come out before - probably the week before.

Dude! Please don't let Ironhide get killed! Iv heard speculations that he gets killed... I cant think of any reason why except a redo of his death in the 1986 feature film and he clearly is in total control of the collision with the dreads in the Superbowl trailer as you can see he transforms in the air and aims his weapon at one of them and is in motion to landing on his feet. And I hope its not Megatron either because that wouldnt be cool and if they decide to continue writing graphic novels to the Transformers Movieverse after DOTM than it just wouldnt be the same without Optimus' arch nemisis.. Megatron. So that said, I wonder whos gonna meet their final fate. Any theories?
