Going to have to buy that U.K. Marvel Comics book just because it contains stories that Titan didn't publish.

I really wish they'd stick to one style.

One of the things I like about IDW is that they have different artists illustrating in different styles. The complete opposite of this is having artists conform to one style to the point that their artwork is altered to ensure this. I'll stop there :lol

That being said, I DO think that each series should have one style that carries on throughout.

Artists shouldn't conform to the same style but they should keep the same character models.

Bumblebee was drawn based on his 1984 toy for no in-story reason for his mini-series just because the artist wanted to.

Its like if an artist on the modern X-Men comics decided to draw Beast without his blue fur just because the artist personally wanted to draw him that way even though the story doesn't call for it to happen.

I've heard rumors that issue 125 is the last issue from IDW. This true?

Note the credits on the Marvel UK book. Reprinting the whole thing in order rather then just the UK-only bits?

So IDW is pulling a Marvel? Massive Cross-Over Style Event finishing up with a total re-numbering thing. Do they think it will attract more readers by imitating a formula that many comic book readers consider to be utter tripe.

I am pleased to see the return of Best of U.K in a new TPB forumla, definitely can't wait to pick that one up.

That would be really nice, I'd love to be able to read them in order without having to swap books all the time.

Because, as much as the internet pisses and moans about it, events actually do sell very well?

Yep. Every event comic does great- *cough*Shadowland*cough* :)

There are lots of "event" comics that don't really get much of a reaction. My guess is that Chaos will be like IDW making a loud noise- a few people might go investigate, but it'll be status quo in fairly short order.

Judging by the cover of the UK Classics stories, they're reprinting Wrath of Guardian/Grimlock for the first tiime ever. That makes it an instant purchase for me, I can finally put my Collected Comics version to rest ^^

    About time too!

Guardian first showed up in the "Raiders of the Last Ark" storyline.. which has never been reprinted either..

I'd guess this volume will have UK Issues 1 - 21 in it.. So it would have the Original Mini Series, Man of Iron, Enemy Within and Raiders of the Last Ark.

Though how they will handle Spiderman I dunno..
