This may seem silly, but after watching Operation Breakdown, and seeing Starscream hover, I got to thinking that if he is a Harrier jet it may not be so absurd. When I went to look at Harrier jets I did see some resemblences, so I'm guessing that is what Starscreams altmode is.

I then got to thinking that perhaps others out there can identify other altmodes. Like is there a truck in the real world that kind of resembles Optimus Prime's altmode? I'm no expert on 18 wheelers, so I'd have no idea.

So... anyone notice anything that makes any other altmodes kind of obvious? Bumblebee's altmode maybe?

Bumblebee is obviously a not-camero. Very similar lines. The front grill is different, slighty, as I'm sure are the tail lights. But yeah. Based on a 2010 Camero.

Pretty sure Cliffjumper was a 70s era Dodge Charger lookalike.

Soundwave's altmode is similar to a General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper:

...But, as you can see, it's not a perfect likeness.

Knock Out's an Aston Martin lookalike, and Bulkhead is some sort of SUV.

Breakdown looks like some kind of personalized armored Bank truck:

As usual, has a great deal of differences, but it's surely similar.

A standard Peterbuilt with a windvane is the closest vehicle form for Optimus.

Challenger not a Charger, but yea it's got mroe 70s Muscle Car than a newer version.

Actually there's quite a lot of differences. Basically the only thing they share is the basic shape, but almost all the details are way off.

Breakdown is a military armored car, resistant to mines. Similar to the ones used in Afghanistan and Iraq. Think movie Bonecrusher only with less wheels and smaller.

On the subject of alt modes and with Crisscross coming out soon, how about alts for those we haven't seen fully transformed? I've been curious what Airarachnid's alt mode is. Maybe it is a spider or she only half-transforms, but is anyone holding out that she'll scan a helicopter or something in the next episode?

I think the general consensus is that she scans Silas's helicopter as she already appears to turn into a helicopter-type alt-mode.

As for other unseen alt-modes, Wheeljack. Speculation on his alt-mode?

Based on those wheels on his shoulders, I think it's pretty much confirmed that Wheeljack totally turns into a giant robotic pillbug. :p

Haha, I think we can bet that he'll be a classic sports car, not too far a stretch from his original incarnation.

But I'd laugh to see a giant pillbug!
