Ugly? Is it the mechaformers version?

I'm not sure if that's the right name. Does it come with a little Hulk?

    It's a Marvel MEGAMORPH.

There's a cockpit on the left side of his chest which stores the mini Hulk included.

That actually looks pretty cool. Like a different Cybertronian version of Animated Bulkhead or Cybertronian version of Beast Wars Rhinox.

My son had this a couple of years ago. Never paid much attention to it though.

I remember (in like '04) reading about these. Some Transformer-y Hulk thingy. It's not made by Hasbro.

It was made by Toy Biz, back when they had the rights from Marvel.

There's also Ghost Rider (Hellcycle), Doc Ock (Helicopter), Spidey (Spider), Wolvie (Jet), The Thing (Jeepish/truck thing), Venom (Spidey repaint), Iron Man (Jet), Captain America (Warhawk/Helicopter) etc.

Funnily Hulk turns into a tank and Iron Man into a jet in both MM and TF Crossovers.

If anybody's interested, there's still the Marvel Shape Shifters from the late 90s- early 00s.

There's also Hulk "Dino Beast", Morph "Mega Mutant Missile", Juggernaut "Mutant Titanic Tank".
