I'm trying to get better pictures and a proper toyline ID of the early Bandai transforming gun that came with the cartridge and little brass coloured bullets.

I think it might be called something like Machine Robo 'Gun Mazin' but I can't get anything with google searches.

    Thanks!

Wow, and people think the g1 megs toy looks too realistic.

That's him Gaokaiser, thanks a lot! Those pics do him some justice too! Maybe if I search with 'majin' instead of 'mazin' I will find some box and styro pics too.

I just won him seeing pics a while ago but couldn't find them now. The only pics in the auction were very small and poor quality.

EDIT: I just checked out the auction you added as a link there Gaokaiser, that's definately the same one as I won in the auction there. I'm excited to get him, I know he wouldn't be worth near as much as the pre-tf guns but the $30 + $25 shipping (ems from Japan) I paid for a supposed near mint mib doesn't seem like a horrible deal?

    EDIT2:
Yeah I'm having a lot more success searching now with 'bandai combat-robo', thanks Gaokaiser!
Here's another good site that shows his transformation (no box though):

Yeah I look forward to him, I just hope it clears customs :lol

I read on one of the sites on him that he has no diecast which is bad for the collector but good for making it obviously not a real gun I suppose.
