    Holy hell. That's certainly tragic, but damn, its hard not to root for an ice-skating bear.

    How was a small child able to pet a bear? Or at least try before the bear tried to devour him.

    Ok, let me rephrase my question. How the hell can the have a bear that is easliy accessible to the public.
