i have a problem with my ice cream twins skids:the hood will not stay down an the reason is the head gril or idk. if anyone knows a way to fix this tell me!

 

Push the hood down, then pull the white tab thingy above the grill up. It should latch onto it.

 

The white clip on top of the grill slides up. You pull it up, then when you're closing the hood, the white bit clips on top.

Also, the grill rotates on an axis. If you hold the hood down, you can pull the bottom of the grill out so that the top will hook onto the hood.

 

If that doesn't work yours may have the same problem as mine as in it wont latch.

i have the exact same problem. even if i pull the white thing at the hood, no dice.

 

As others have suggested, pull the tab over a little notch on the hood.

 

Make sure the white tab on the grill is pulled all the way up, then hold the hood down and pull the bottom of the grill forward. That should keep it closed.
