So I get to choose any figure deluxe sized or smaller to be customized by FR. I believe it's only a repaint, but he includes the figure.

If you could choose a figure to be customized by FR which would you choose? I'm up for ideas and suggestions at this point. I'd prefer to choose something he's never done simply because it would be more fun for him and make it that much more unique.

My favorite characters are Shockwave, Overlord, Sixshot, and Roadbuster...

Though only Roadbuster has been made in the Universe line and in deluxe size.

It's up to you really, but I personally think the new deluxe DOTM Jolt would look really nice done up by F_R.

Though, OP, you yourself are a phenomenal customizer, so I'm sure you could do one just as nice of your own accord.

I had to look at all the customs I was planning on doing and figure out which one I'd like to have an FR version the most. I figured asking you guys would be a good place to get ideas. Anything from shattered glass versions to black repaints would be cool. I'd love to have my G1 sixshot articulated and repainted, but that may be a tall order.

 

If it were me, I'd love a Shattered Glass version of ROTF/DOTM Jolt. But that's just me, a total Jolt fanboy.

 

I'd get a good movie verse Transformer done up all sexy like namely because of all the detail that can get picked out.

Repaints should be easy on the classics side though.

 

Hmm...what deluxe molds do you really like? That might help.

Has he done DOTM Topspin yet? If not, I'd pick that. It's an amazing figure all on its own, plenty of detail to start with, and F_R could make an already great figure simply freaking amazing.

If he has, I'm out of ideas. One-trick pony here, people. DOTM Wreckers are all that're on my mind.

 

I've always been a huge fan of the perceptor into soundwave repaint. Its the only soundwave I've seen that looks like it actually belongs in the classics line.

Although his repaints of ironhide/ratchet from the classics molds were amazing.

I think Cyclonus for an A3 custom is a GREAT idea. FR would certainly make a kickass rendition I'm sure.

 

I bet the human alliance Roadbuster in G1 colors would be pretty sweet!

 

I don't have any suggestions I just wanted to say congrats for winning the logo contest.

 

Maybe a g1 colored movie roadbuster or a deluxe weaponized edition. Cyberverse g1 colored wrecker?

 

How about ROTF brawn as g1 Roadbuster? I've always felt that mould was a better fit for RB.

I have a G1 roadbuster head and an onslaught I specifically picked up for that custom myself...though FR could bring something to it that would make it truly special. I think I'm leaning more towards this right now mostly because I havent had the time to do anything lately.
