Just got back from it a little while ago - went with ten people, and nobody in the group liked it.

Maybe if I was more familiar with the character I would have enjoyed it a bit more, but file this one with Elektra and Hulk for me.

    I didn't like it.
    Um ... SPOILERS, I guess:
Too many scenes would have been good (or at least better) if they were given more time and explanation- needed to be fleshed out better. Others (go-nowhere dialogues with Mack, unnecessarily long "Penance Stare" sequence, etc.) ate up too much time, where I kinda thought to myself, are we just trying to kill time here? With the right scenes not getting the time they needed, it kinda came across disjointed; like different scenes didn't fit together right.
Some of the Sfx scenes were really neat, but the villains (the "Hidden", namely) were pathetic; they just kinda floated there until GR came up with a way to burn them and that was it. Blackheart didn't really do a whole lot either. Given how powerful he is supposed to be, and willing to kill individual people for little to no reason, he doesn't really take a whole lot of initiative with his master plan. I also don't like the idea of making things twitchy to convey that they're supernatural and evil. I guess it was fun, but felt underdeveloped (considering how long they put off it's release, this is pretty frustrating) and too many aspects felt like they were holding back.

I am a fan of the book and I enjoyed the movie.

Its not as smart as say X-Men or X2, but its no Elektra. When he is being Ghost Rider and doing Ghost Rider stuff, its awesome.

I didn't care for the Hidden characters, they just seemed too over the top. There is some cheesy dialogue too, but its cheesy when you read it in the comic too, so I didn't mind so much.

I thought it was a fun movie and I'll probably see it again.

I want to go see it but nobody to see it with. :(

Rottentomatoes.com only has 26% positive reviews tho.... so it's definitely not well received overall.

I saw it Friday night. It wasn't bad as Electra, but it wasn't good either. Its sad when the parts I enjoyed the most were Johnny Blaze up to where he becomes Ghost Rider (minus stupid love interest). The villains were completely underutilized and their plan undeveloped. Cowboy Ghost Rider leaves for no reason that I could tell. WTF?
The FX were good, though. Always a plesure to see Cage's face melt off.

I'm a comic book fan. I've got some old ghost riders stuff, mostly spidey crossover stuff. And yes Eva's cleavage is nice, but here acting isn't lol.

I just got back from the last show of it and I thought it was good. Not Spiderman, but better than Daredevil. I'd say Blade good. (The first one) It does suffer from some wonky editing, but the action and effects make up for it. And yes she can't act. (I liked the girl playing her youngerself better.)
