Anybody else think, with the releases of Metroplex and Fortress Maximus, and the future release of Tryptocon, we're in a good place to get a legit CHUG Omega Supreme complete with railway and rocket launchpad? Closest we had was a recolored energon omega supreme and just like the classics devastator was a recolored energon devastator, we know they can do better(I love Combiner Wars Devastator) So yeah, I want a CHUG Omega Supreme. Big and Beautiful
I'd consider getting one, although I would prefer the size of CW Superion/Menasor etc. CW Devy size would be too large for my shelf.
Well Omega Supreme was in the Titan class poll, and a lot of people speculate he will be coming eventually, possibly after Trypticon. I want one ao bad though. I want it to be the same size as Devastator. Whats a scary thought though is whether or not someone would make an Omega Sentinel, cause then I'd have to get two of them, plus Omega.
Same here!!! he fit my purpose very well at the moment but I would buy an official Omega Supreme in a snap. BUT I need Scorponok first.....
I'm using the YotS version as my Omega, but would truly enjoy a Devastator-scaled one. Any smaller would be pointless, and I may as well just stick with the one I have.
I have the YotS version too. Considering Devy is actually TOO BIG for CHUG, I think I'll stick with it so he can go toe to toe with the other more appropriately sized CW combiners.
Very disappointed that trypticon won and i am sure hasbro was as well, there just isnt a lot that you can do with him, not even recycle any parts for another bot (closest is skorponok?) much less recolor him. I think it would be so grand if we can get a true chug omega, and i think theres a huge chance, granted, trypticon sells well enough.
I reckon that Titan Trypticoon will be followed by a Titan Omega Supreme based on our poll options from that there Titan Class poll that sprung us Trypticon...
I'm 95% sure that it was announced that all of the contestants on the titan poll would eventually be made. One for every year. All we have to do is wait. Start saving up for the rest if you need to. Plenty of time to do so.
well if the rumor that says scorponok is after trypticon is true, then it is only logical for omega to be after that. time will tell....
That would be really surprising. I mean... maybe a convention version? But for mass retail, I dunno, he's basically Trypticon with a slightly different horn and a few different highlight colors. Kind of a tough redeco sell at that price point.
The cool thing is with Omega Supreme he can be re-painted into Omega Sentinal, and those blue guys we saw that one G1 episode, the protectors of the city.
I'm glad Trypticon won the fan vote but I'm not opposed to getting an updated Omega down the line. I would also get repaints done up as Guardian Robots (maybe even a couple for army building), actionmaster elite Omega Spreem and even his pre-TF Mechabot-1 colors. For now, it's the Year of the Snake Energon Omega repaint with Maketoys Armageddon add-on for me.
