Even if he isn't in the show (yet), I think I found the truck he's going to turn into:

Just add bull bars. Though it also has elements of 90s Chevy and Ford crew cabs as well.

At least this time only two of the characters are GMC vehicles.

Ratchet is a Ford; his grill gives it away.

And this truck is better for him anyway. Looks more durable and less intimidating.

 

Personally, who really cares? It's a pick-up truck, huzzah! Like what Sinnertwin said. Most of the cars in Prime are based off real vehicles sure but which one they copy does not really matter.

I personally care more about the Bot than the car.

I hope he doesn't die in this series either. I know I'm an Ironhide fangirl, but I'm seriously tired of him dying all the time.
