Guys, I preordered a City Commander set as soon as it became announced as available for preorder on this site. I'm pretty sure the money disappeared from my bank account, at least. Only problem is, I can't remember which online store I bought it from, and I have no receipt in my e-mail inbox. I was directed to this store right through a link on tfw2005, but I've gone through all of the links on the home page and none of them have my email address on file. It's as though as far as they are concerned, the purchase never happened. I'm starting to panic.:cry . does anyone have any idea what went wrong?

Did you check Ages Three and Up? Seeing that you're in Canada and they were removed from the sponsors bar, it makes sense that you'd forget.

If not, just wait until it shows up and don't worry about it. They only just started shipping. Start panicking in a week or so.

Yeah, check ages three and up. They're no longer on the sponsors bar, but I believe they were at the time City Commander came up for preorder.

Nope. It wasn't ages three and up. Should I still be positive, or should I start to wonder if my purchase went through? Is it also possible that I went with a store that didn't require immediate payment, and because I never expected anything to show up on my bank balances I didn't know I hadn't made the purchase correctly? Do all online stores require me to create an account to make a purchase? Most importantly, if my purchase never arrives, how much longer can I expect this set to be available?

Can you check to see who took money from your account?

Yeah, check your bank account and your account history. If the money was withdrawn it will say by who. This should be easy enough for you to check out with your bank. Heck, I can go online to my bank and check my transaction history all the back to a year ago if I need to.

Yes. Go to "Account History" and alter the date to go back as far as you need it to go.
