    Well it's hard to tell by feedback, it looks like it's sealed in the pictures. You always take a chance when bidding on something that is supposedly sealed.

    I have listed some of the feedback that caught my attention. The 2nd one is the main eye catcher.


    Satisfactory product. but many joints r loose - Dispute "never played" statement

    item was not sealed and does not look brand new. there was a missing part.

    slow shipping and item was not in fresh out case

    But could the tape have been put on later? I honestly can't say...Basically, what it comes down to is, if you feel it's a good deal and you'll be happy with what the pic shows, then buy it. Otherwise, DON'T. Good luck!
