Yay!!!!!!!!!! A handy dandy paper clip, a shaving of the evil UniBrow, and wow ... does Megatron ever look more like ... Megatron. Whew!
Why would anyone want to do that? Megatron's unibrow of doom is like cherry icing on a perfect chocolate cake.
Some people don't care much for cherry, and would rather have chocolate. Sure, it's less interesting, but so is a slice of toast without thumbtacks.
I didn't shave Megatron's eyebrows.... But I was making a plaster cast of my head last night for Halloween and I ripped my own eyebrows out when removing the cast.
I tried doing some painting on my Classics Megs to closer match the 'toon. (black on the underside of the eyebrows, silver forehead), and discovered to my horror - I LIKED IT BETTER THE OLD WAY!. I repainted the forehead with a darker gunmetal to compromise between the two ways, which looked OK to me. My second Classic Megs got touched up a bit too, but he got to keep his Monarch eyebrows.
Funny, I thought it looked like he had a fork for a cod-piece. Which is just about the most wrong thing I've ever imagined when it comes to Transformers.
I shaved part of my Megatron's Uni-brow, but that was because some of the black paint was slopped onto his forehead. he looks much better now.
I just painted over it when I did the rest of him. I like the old school look with the lil spots above it black myself.
