Well I finally transformed Universe Nemesis Prime successfuly. The instructions are so unclear that I missed that you have to push the head down which extends the torso.

I've never had a problem with that mold, in fact the only TF I've ever had a problem with was MP Megatron but I think that had more to do with mine having a small flaw in his arm than it being real difficult.

The only ones I've been having trouble transforming are my Cybertron Primus, Payload, Bonecrusher (07 movie), Alternators Skids, and Starscream (both 07 movie and G1 movie repaint). The directions on some of these transformation instructions... good lord. Whatever happened to simple instructions like "his arm goes here" and "his head needs to be popped down"?

I personally think that anything above a level 1 transformation deserves txt to accompany the pictures.

Took me 6 years to finally transform RID Magnus to truck mode. I usually left him in Omega Prime or robot modes. Changed him into the truck the other day, wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.

Wow, I'm amazed that people have trouble with Big Convoy, or think he's anything less then super awesome. He's my favorite Transformer of all time.

I've been able (as timed by a fellow TF fan friend) to go from robot to beast mode in 45 seconds. Nemesis Prime, Big Convoy, Black Big Convoy, all great figures.

No, Alt Grimlock, bah, he's tricky. RiD Ultra Magnus can be a pain for me only because sometimes the pegs won't stay pegged in in carrier mode.

RID Magnus, Sideburn (pretty hard one, but hasn't been brought up), Alt Skids, Alt Grimlock, and Alt Tracks aren't difficult for me at all... Magnus has caused some trouble, but nothing too bad.

I still need the instructions for RiD Landfill. Or rather, I still need the instructions for converting Grimlock into Landfill's arms. That's my secret shame of transforming my toys.

I don't transform Universe Nemesis Prime all that much, but I think the last time I did was without instructions. I don't recall all the panels lining up properly, or how long it took to do, but it looked like a mammoth.

Likewise, TM2 Megs and Cryotek, and TM2 Cybershark and Sky-Byte haven't been touched in ages for (as I recall) the sheer number of parts trying to move in the same space at the same time.

And I'm still convinced that TM Waspinator's torso does not peg together. I've tried so many times.

I didn't even know it was supposed to. I thought it was meant to flop around.

Don't worry, I cant either. I just popped off all the limbs, then reassembled them when I was done with the main bit.

It's really not worth it. Heavy Load makes for a far better set of arms than Grimlock.

Cybertron Smokescreen isn't some much hard to transformer as he is hard to line up.

    Cybertron Planet Xer's are fiddly.

    Alt Grimlock is mind blowing.
