    I looked on the USPS.com

USPS First Class mail - The most economical way to send letters, small packages, postal cards, printed matter, and small packets 4 pounds and under, worldwide.
    -Can be registered
    -low cost

USPS Priority Mail International - Priority Mail International (PMI) is an airmail service that provides customers with a reliable and economical means of sending correspondence and merchandise up to 70 pounds to over 190 countries and territories worldwide
    - 6 - 10 day shipping.
    - Online tracking
    - Good value

I would go with USPS Priority Mail International

I sent 2 packages to Canada, one First Class and one Priority. They were shipped at the same time (and I accidentally left the Province off of the Priority one)

Priority showed up within a week. First Class (as far as I know, I'll be PMing the buyer shortly) is yet to show up.
