So i bought a pair of figures from this guy in january. Pay Pal has asked me to show some documentation so i can get a refund

To continue with the investigation of your complaint, we must request
documentation to support your claim that the item is not authentic. Please
obtain a document from an unbiased, third-party, such as a dealer,
appraiser, or organization that is qualified in the area of the item in
question (other than yourself), which clearly identifies the item as not
authentic. The document must specifically state how the item received
differs from an authentic item and must include a detailed explanation of
how the person evaluating the item determined that it is not authentic. If
possible, the document should include a serial number, and must be on
letterhead that includes the name, address, and phone number of the
business or organization so that PayPal may contact them if necessary.

But I am not sure where I can get this? I have till April 9th to Fax it to them. I bought an "Alternators Grimlock and Wheeljack" is what it said (Here is a link to a post i posted here with some pictures of the items http://www.cybertron.ca/boards/showthread.php?t=6107

Basically These ones are metal, a lot heavier and just tons of differences. Chinese Knockoffs of Binaltechs. If anyone can help me or know someone who can help me I would really appreciate it.

Like even if someone here that maybe sells / deals transformers could write me up something....

Because you messed up your link by only copying and pasting your post.

What PayPal is requesting seems to be a lot more strict than I'd have expected. Spencer might be a good person to help you out with this, he handles a lot of these KOs in the first place.
