You'll never get one for $40-$60. It's a pipe dream. Anyone that finds one that cheap will keep it for themselves or ebay it for a nice profit. Not meaning to be harsh, but the truth hurts sometimes.

 

Yeah, and I got that one by trading for a pair of Energon Dinobots, but I would say I wish I never sold him, hes really cool, Oh well, at least Liokaiser has one now, I got it for him anyway.  

 

The Japanese guys were selling one MISB for $50 at Botcon. Of course, it was also sold crazy fast.

 

Actually, they had two (with price tags of $60 each... but they ignored their own tags and sold them for $50), and one of them did go quickly  
Now, if I could just decide where to display it...

But, on topic of the thread, it's not unreasonable to expect to find a Ravage for $60 or less (especially if it's a loose figure); it's just not going to be easy to find at that price. So, to avc-prime, good luck in getting one. I'm sure you'll get one in your price range; just give it some time.
