    If the person is unable to take extra pics then they are unwilling to get any more money. I'd lowball and build up, but be careful not too shoot so low to be insulting or to blindly overpay. I have had a few CL transactions where I quoted one thing, and ended up getting the lot for less. The higher offer sometimes just gets the door open.

    Good luck, and I think $40 to start isn't too bad (that's a deep bin though... LOL).

    It's kinda hard to see if the toys are complete,missing weapons,broken & so forth.

    also there's no idea what's under neath the first layer of TF toys.

    $20-30 seems reasonable for just weight of the plastc...but yeah unless more pics are shown i'd just expect the whole bin to be incomplete craps.
