Well guys, I think I may have found a spray paint, that is tougher and more chip resistant then Fusion.
You can see by the 2 pics I have uploaded the area on one has had the ball joint worn/chip off the paint.
The White one is Krylon Fusion Satin White, The brown one is Krylon Outdoor Spaces Satin Brown.
Both paints have had well over a week to cure & all areas were prepped accordingly.
Ani DB (brown) has been TF'd over a dozen times with no sign's of chipping or wear anywhere.
TM2 DB (white)has been TF'd once & you can see the end result.

So far I have used the Krylon Outdoor Spaces Gold & satin Brown.
I'll be trying out some other colors, but so far this stuff seems to be a winner.

The trick though, is that Fusion is designed to specifically work with Plastics, and Outdoor spaces is not. While it may be tougher, you could run into problems with some types of plastics not only not-adhering, but possibly even warping or melting of the plastic as well.

REDLINE makes a good point, the Outdoor Spaces may not be proven on all plastic applications.
That being said, I gotta admit I didn't even think the brown arm part was painted!! It's so even it looks like it was molded in brown plastic! I may have to grab a can or two for research purposes! BIG tHANKs for the heads up!!

I can see this stuff working. It's made for outside, so it is very tough. REDLINE makes a very good point, but one use I see almost anyone use this product for is to paint those plastic chairs. If not those then metal chairs.

I'm gonna give this stuff a try....I got NP's AWARD WINNING Animated DB and I dont see any errors in the paint as far as wear or chipping.....nothing!!

I am working on a custom right now, using Krylon Fusion: Nickle Shimmer....prepped and waited, and the stuff still chipped in the joint area....I'm gonna give this stuff a go on what I got left to paint.

You all rise very good points.

We all try out different things to try & prefect are bashes.
There may very well be a down side to this stuff, but as of yet I have not found it. As I said I'll be trying out some more over time.
I'll keep you updated on my results.

ABX23 ~ The can says "dry in 1hr, handle in 2hrs" I can tell you from dealing with it. Give it 24 hrs at least before you handle it.
As for curing I always give it the standard 7 days just to be safe

    first off, nice sigs PK/NP.

I always see this stuff in the store, and wonder, if it's strong enough to put on lawn furniture (like the picture shows) it's gotta be good enough for prepped plastic.

how is the color palette on this line?

Hmm, these look pretty cool. I am curious about the metallics and those textured ones, would be great for dioramas. Thanks!

Interesting. I'll have to test some out and see what I get. Always fun trying new things. (So long as you have the bits experiment with)

Did you prime the piece before you sprayed on the outdoor spaces?

I'm drying to one day find the time to take a 10" peice of plastic, then try different paints every 2 inch section, giving it a week to dry, then running a screw driver across the 10" with different amounts of force, then post the results.
