This is such a great video.

Best part had to be "Parents would see one and say "Oh, it's two toys in one. I'll get him one of these." But that's the trick. Once you give them that one, they'll want the next one, and the next one, and the next one." :lol

That was cute. Very entertaining. The commenting cast was mostly British, though. (I recognize that Furman is an Englishman and source of all things Transformers.) Was this the British VH1 version of "I love toys?" Just curious.

It was originally from a show called 'I Love the 80's' that was on over here a few years back, which showcased various thing throughout the 1980.

I think they did a few using 'I love the 70's' 'I live the 90's'

Very nice! I almost thought they were going to touch on the out cry to bring optimus prime back at the end.

And Peter Cullen's still got it!

I second that....way better than the "I Love Toys" bit from here in the states. Sad to see that a lot of the commentary, just like in "I Love Toys", was from people the producers must've thought were "comic geniuses" tho. :rolleyes2

Very well done. I'm suprised at how the Brits had successfully accepted the Transformers.

Who was that guy that was like: "then turn into Magoonatron and ... kitchen set Transformer"? A comic? A bit odd, he didn't quite fit the roster of people. He knew toy trends but not anything about TF's.

Thanks for that link. Good viewing!

*** How'd they get Peter Cullen on the show?

That was great! Did anyone else keep rewinding it like I did to see & hear Peter Cullen speak in Optimus's voice, saying "Autobots, Transform." ?? So cool. :D

Nice clip. It was definitely more enjoyable that the Amercan version. Getting Furman and Cullen in on the commentary was a great move.
