What it says on the tin :D

Which is the toy in your collection that you're really, really glad you bought? It doesn't even have to be the rarest figure on the planet, just one that makes you think "you really compliment my collection. I'm so glad I splashed out on you." It could be anything from Legends Bumblebee to an MISB Fortress Maximus; it just makes you happy every time you look at it.

Mine would be G1 Red Alert. He's very banged up and his chrome is flaking and his shoulder cannon is broken (and I paid scalper's price for him too back when I was a newb), but I'm really glad that I have him on my G1 shelf. I love his car mode, and his robot mode is adorable.

TFA Black Rodimus. I thought I was gonna be less than impressed with him based upon the first pictures, but once I had him in hand I was beyond impressed. The colors they used on him compliment the mould very well.

MP Thundercracker, more expensive then the other two, but why the hell not dish out the extra cash to have all three seekers.

    Also Victory Saber rules.

I keep so few TFs it's almost silly to then have a favourite among them; but for me, it's a straight tie between KP Hot Rodimus & MPM-1 Starscream. I've sold on of all my Binaltechs over the years, but that Hot Rod is going nowhere, it's just briliant. Similarly, I've kept none of the other Movie Leaders that I had brought - but Takara's Starscream is the killer version of a killer mould.

I definitely agree about MPM-1 Starscream. Just love the mold (even if they did package a Leader class figure as a Masterpiece), love the paint scheme (not a huge fan of the tattooed look so I went with this version instead), and love the character (which is ironic given how I hated his movie design at first but I warmed up to it over the years and now I can't get enough of MP chicken-legged monkey-jet; he's such a beast!).

I was a bit iffy about the price tag initially but once I got Screamer out of the box there was no question I was so glad I got him! I've slowly added a few kit-bashed pieces to make him even cooler (jet engine boosters on his back, a gatling gun ammo belt for his arm; I'm planning to attach some fins to his null ray cannon soon) and might even add a few minor paint apps I feel Takara missed (his claws/hands, especially).

I went back and forth with Generations Wheeljack since I wasn't sure I wanted to start collecting a new TF line (I'm new to CHUGs.... not a good thing since I might be addicted to this line now as I'm looking to get the CHUG Seekers next, heh) but boy, I'm glad I got him. Really love how he came out, stubbiness and all. Much better representation of the character than the G1 toy I had of him when I was a kid!

FansProject Crossfire add-on kits with the ROTF Bruticus Maximus combiner set. Man, the hole this thing burned in my wallet hurt but he's definitely worth it! I just regret waiting as long as I did to get him (I snagged the very last Munitioner from BBTS before they sold out). I'm very late to the FP Bruticus party but color me happy! Bruti's an absolutely-armed-to-the-teeth monster!

United Jazz, Scourge, Starscream, Cyclonus, WFC Prime :)

But right now, probably United Jazz the most :)

Yeah, NO WAY could I just pick one. I'll just throw one out at random, since I originally never thought I'd like this figure:

G1 Skyhammer. GPS aside, this figure is incredibly fun. I'm still not a proponent of "human" Pretenders, no matter the explanation. However, just the sheer coolness of this guy makes that even less of an issue for me.

Takara ROTF Buster Optimus Prime. THE best paint deco. Ever...
Probably my favorite TF to date...

FP Bruticus is second. Outstanding addition to a sub-par Energon team...

Animated Lockdown is third. Happily surprised on his size and conversion...

next that came to my mind was Human Alliance Jazz and Leader class Brawl. those are both outstanding movie toys.

Off the top of my head, I'm glad I never gave in to temptation and sold off my classics Rodimus. Now, with the Protector armor, I'd not think of parting with him ever again, so him, MP Grimlock, my Takara anime colors MP Starscream, and, the one that I found completely by surprise in a Walmart in 08: Classics Megatron. Not necessarily my fave toy, but just one of those rare times when I found a diamond in all the movie turds.
