Wish me luck guys. Next time you see me post I'll be Airman Altercron!
Keep our skies free of Decepticon Seekers! Oh, and Cobra too. *joking*
In all seriousness,
I have a lot of respect for people like you, serving in our armed forces takes a type of courage, dedication, and self-determination that most people just don't have.
Goodluck and Godspeed, Altercron. *saltues*
Make Rambo proud.
Good luck, Godspeed and take care of yourself and the rest of your crew
*salutes in respect*
I couldn't have said it better than netkid!
Good luck Altercron! God bless.
(aircrew are pussies!)
Semper Fie, bitch!*
A little inter-service rivalry never hurt nobody!
*except those pussy airforce guys!
*Ok, some of them are pretty BAD ASS, they arent all pussies!*
*oops, those were just 'Movie Airmen' in Top Gun, I stand corrected.
Oh, and Altercron?
just remember the EJECTOR SEAT HANDLE is about about 5 inches long, so dont go confusing it with your dick and prematurely evacuating the aircraft! (It's about 5 inches of steel -which makes Marines wonder why Airmen get confused, since it has to be at least twice as long as any 'equipment' they've seen before! )
good luck on your Basic, kiddo!
Godspeed and good luck, Altercron.
God speed, take care, and don't bend over in front of a Navyman after he's been out to sea for six months.
yeah, so poke their eyes out first?!?!
from a former serviceman to a new one, good luck, god bless, and come back safe.
Just remember never say thank you to a drill, they hate that shit. Good luck.
God Speed you.
Altercron, best of luck.
I only have two pieces of advice. Remember that when the drills start yelling, it's a game. They're trying to get a reaction, and when you don't give them one, you win.
And when you're getting smoked, it's training. Push yourself every chance you get, even when it's a bullshit group punishment, because it's an opportunity to improve yourself. It'll pay off down the road.
Dude, you sure you're actually a Marine? Only ask 'cause you misspelled "Semper Fi." And "Hoo-rah," for that matter. Marines might not be the most literate folks, but I was pretty sure they could all manage those two words...
Give 'em hell, Altercron. Good luck, and Godspeed.
Haha, I'm not so sure, when I was in, some of the guys I knew couldn't even manage that. But they could shoot like sons-of-bitches.
Good luck, work hard, and push yourself to your limits.
Thanks everybody! Im gonna come home for a few weeks towards the end of the summer, but other than that today and maybe a little in the morning will be the last of my activity for awhile.
Squirrelcar wins the award for best reply.
Could be, could be...I love my infantrymen, but goddam, some of 'em are rocks. But yeah, they're still lethal (only out to 300 instead of 500 yards, of course )
Mostly I just wanted to know if he's legit 'cause people pretending to be in when they're not irritates the hell out of me.
