    Yes that shouldn't be.

I had one of the Ultra Mags on watch and saw it's price go nuts as it happened.

    Ebay:
the shinning UM is not blown away, MISB ones of SHinning UM have always been around 300, I remember even as long as over 1 year back when seller and auctions ended around 300 and BINS with 300. The others are also to high but e-hobby stuff misb is hard to get in good condition on certain figs.

Egads. Same winner on all four. Dude/Dudette spent $1K+ on four figures.

I'm more jealous of the free cash this person has than the figure he/she won :lol

Damn. I need to jump on sell off my e-Hobby Ironhide, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Red Alert and some of maybe my Japanese Ultra Magnus reissue.

I wouldn't be as lucky to have them go big, I'm sure.

that's a pretty normal price for a shining magnus. I got one MIB about a year ago for 250, so I can see them being a bit over 300 now.

I just got the Diaclone Ultra Magnus for $169. It was opened but everything inside was like it was sealed. The decals weren't applied, everything was minty mint & complete. All the sealed ones went over $200-$300. I had to wait for a year until somebody listed one NOT sealed. I knew an opened one would go for a lot less than a sealed one. See how stupid & pathetic this hobby really is? The difference between a cut piece of tape & a not cut piece of tape is around $130 - $150.

And while Sunstorm was going for over $300 on Ebay I snagged one MIB for $90 right here on the boards. You can find a good deal if you're extremely patient or lucky.

You really need a lot of experience if you wanna be in this hobby. You gotta know what you're doin or else you'll blow so much extra cash it's not even funny.
