Yeah, no need to kill the damn thing, just move it to someplace safer. Guns aren't toys, and the opening poster sounds like the kid who burns ants with a magnifying glass just because he can.

Nope, not making it up. We were hoping to see a rabbit or groundhog out in that field so we could shoot it while we were target practicing. But since we didn't, and I was itching to shoot something, and the spider was being a pest because no matter how many times we knocked him to the ground he kept coming back, well... it just seemed like a good idea at the time.

Still makes me laugh.  

 

What did that spider ever do to you?

who does target practice with a shotgun? You should have been using clay pigeons. But I support your wanton destruction with guns. Things I have vaporized with a twelve guage: sparrow almost at point blank range, G1 Starscream at point blank range.

 

You could've just practiced your shooting skills by trying not to hit the spider.

 

With a shotgun, that's a lot easier said than done.
