Yikes...that is really gross. Wonder if the airline will be fined for putting people in a potentially harmful situation?
eww.... gross! but his whole comment on comparing it to being 'physically abused' was a bit absurb.... and quite overdramatic... what a drama queen!
Well, yes. In the event of a waste disposal problem, you should always be allowed to exacerbate it at will. More stink on the floor is what everyone needs.
No, but a lot of us are flying down to BotCon -some of us Trans-Atlantic- next week. If something like this happens on my flight, I'll be livid to say the least.
Go sit next to a sewer plant for 7 hours, then multiply that by, oh, 100. I think they'll be giving out a lot more than $500 vouchers.
I'd raise hell over the crap, and if I was that Collin Brock fellow I would've said "either reimburse me for all of the flight, or you'll be speaking to my attorney."
Yup, the airline should compensate the passengers maybe reimburse the entire fare amount...7 hrs in that stink is indeed horrible.
So whenever I have to work around the sewer plant here in town I should be asking my company for a bonus? Because contrary to personal beliefs, a properly constructed and maintained sewer plant doesn't really smell that bad. Hell Cargill (grain processing company) smells 10 times worse than the sewer plant, but it's the sewer plant that gets the blame. [/engineer]
