Rain-Maker. One of the seekers on Cybertron that made acid-rain.

Yeah, Acid Storm is essentially one of the rainmakers from G1. He's the green guy on the left.

THis and the other two Rain makers are as of yet unnamed although some wish to call Sunstorm the yellow Rainmaker. This is incorrect.

Interesting. Maybe Hasbro really is avoiding making Thundercracker because of Botcon but what if they made the blue rainmaker above and gave it another name? And the yellow one too. Thunderstorm and Sunstorm. . .

Well the reason I ask is that I have Acid Storm. However I do not have Skywarp and money is tight. I was thinking of sacrificing my Acid Storm to the god of customs. I just don't know how imprtant Acid Storm is to the continuity.

Acid Storm in G1 cartoon is shown only in one episode for a few seconds. So he's not that (if at all) important. You can go ahead and have him custom painted to Thundercracker. You might want to consider getting a KO Henkei Thundercracker from KOToys.com, if you're not against KOs that is. If that's case go for the loose version, because it has tighter joints that the KO Thundercracker that is being sold on card.

Don't sacrifice him! It may be your only chance at a green seeker!

Botcon hasn't stopped them from releasing Dirge, Thrust, or Scourge.

Npw i find this out. my MOSC KO TC has really floppy wings, and one leg is a little loose.

to the OP, if you don't want to buy a KO TC, at least buy a KO seeker mold period and repaint it, and slap on some reprolabels.

keep AS as is, and that way you won't have to re-purchase him later to have a complete Seeker set

Like with Dirge and Thrust, i'm fairly certain that Hasbro will release a T-cracker. It's simply a matter of when!!

Yeah, we'll get him around the same time we get Trailbreaker, Blitzwing, Cosmos, and Warpath.
