Is there a way you can permanently remove downloaded Virtual Console games from the Wii menu?

You need to go onto the Wii System Menu then go to Storage or something, and then all the boxes will appear and you click on them and press delete.

    Along those lines :p

I tried that. But the game I was trying to delete is still on my Wii menu :(

Or am I doing something wrong?

Maybe, can I ask why your deleting it ?

    Try this

Access the Wii Data Management screen
    Select the "Wii Channels" icon.
All available Wii Channels will be displayed. Select the file you wish to delete, and choose "Erase" to delete the file.
