I calling it now. When I saw him Sentinel in EMPIRE I just got this feeling. I think a few have this feeling too. When I look at him I think that James Avery is a good match for him.

I don't think Silverbolt is in this and if he is then maybe that's a codename for a fighter jet. He could be all CGI for all I know but I doubt Silverbolt will be in this without the other Aerialbots. At least War for Cybertron had 3 of them.

Man that'd be so beast. He certainly has that commanding aspect to his voice.

He could be voicing both. Mark Ryan is going to voice several characters.

I think Sentinel should only talk via Thrash metal sound files.

James Avery is cool and all but I MUCH rather it be Avery Brooks (station commander from Star Trek Deep Space Nine & if you're old enough to remember, he played Hawk in the TV shows Spencer For Hire and A Man Called Hawk)

I actually "see" his face when I look at Sentinel Prime. And his voice to me is deeper and more commanding/majestic than Uncle Phil's.

    Why?

Seriously, why? You can't just say something like that and offer no explanation.

He's a very pompous person going around claiming he's the voice of bumblebee etc when he's not technically. Also I hate the way his voice sounds for bee and for Jetfire, he's not a VA, there's more deserving VAs out there than him and better ones. He said he was doing ray winstones voice for jetfire which resembled nothing to winstone. He's a bad VA and I would rather see other VAs get the chance, several characters in DOTM that are all gonna sound english as he's a bad VA.

He actually DID voiced Bumblebee on the ending of the first movie and in the second, but his recorded lines were cut in the second.

    Bee said what, three words?
On Jetfire's case, he does sound like an old man who kicks ass [A.K.A, movie-verse Jetfire] and is a bit snile, like him or not.

And I do respect him because Bee's voice and Jetfire's sound a good chunk of NOTHING like each other [Bee is more of a normal-voice of neutral temperament, Jetfire is a loud, Hammy, senile and damn old voice] yet he did both quite well, that's impressive.

    1. He did voice Bumblebee, for his two lines at the end of Movie One, and for some dialogue that was cut from ROTF.

    2. That's your opinion, and you're entitled to it. I personally loved his Jetfire voice, and wasn't a big fan of his Bumblebee voice.

    3. He voiced characters in a film. He voices and acts out the motions of CGI characters on-set. Therefore, technically, he's a voice actor.

    4. He was perhaps doing a voice INSPIRED BY Ray Winstone. "Inspired" does not always equal "is". The movies themselves are proof of that.

    5. Again, your opinion, even if I disagree.

    6. WE HAVEN'T FREAKIN' SEEN THE FILM YET. WE HAVE NO IDEA HOW MANY CHARACTERS HE'S VOICING, OR WHAT VOICES HE'S GOING TO DO.

I'm starting to think Silverbolt isn't in the movie, for a couple of reasons. 1) If he is in the movie, he would likely have an alt mode of a real-life jet. I highly doubt that Bay and crew would let an Autobot zoom around as a Cybertronian jet. Autobots in these movies ALWAYS have alt modes, which brings me to my next point. 2) Every single aircraft in this series has had an on-set/non CGI double. Blackout - Real Helicopter, On set. Starscream - Real F22, on set. Jetfire - Real Blackbird, on set. Bay would be breaking his pattern if he were to suddenly introduce a character with an alt mode that is pure CGI. 3) That "leak" happened a long time before filming began, which is strange for a production where voice-actors are cast practically at the eleventh hour. Now maybe it's a Mark Ryan situation, where they have Avery on set to voice the character for the actors. Problem there is Avery hasn't been spotted on set....

I hope I'm wrong - I'd love to see Silverbolt in this. I'm just not getting my hopes up.
