Uhh...Can't you just say no? I mean, you say you were looking for excuses. Here:

Guy: Hey! Lets play *whatever the hell it is*!
You: No.
Guy: Why not?
You: Because I said so.
Guy: Too damn bad! Lets go!
You: No.
Guy: HEY! YOU-...
You: No. *Hang up* (Note: You have to cut him off and hang up)

And then he'll call you house phone. You have to pick it up before your father.

Guy: HEY! WHAT TH-... (Or generic pissed off response)
You: What the hell did I say!? *Hang up*

If he continues to call your home, pick up then hang up, don't listen and respond. Its really simple.

 

I have this really weird feeling that the OP is <13. Anyway, a lot of good advice has been given in this thread. Listen to the people here; I'm surprised this hasn't turned into a total LOLfest already.

 

Its simple,Call the police,If you have any injuries from the last time you were there,Thats enough proof that they need.

As is, I'm not even convinced that this is bullying - it sounds like kids playing a game you don't like. Do these kids mess with you outside of the "game"?

 

Look at it this way....

What do you think your Father would rather see,you telling Him you have a problem with some f***ing idiots talking you into doing stupid s*** or having to identify your body because you got talked into doing something that got you killed? Think about it.
