Good news is that for £90, you should be able to pick up two MPs if you want!

Grimlock is £60 at UK TRU, and you should be able to get Hasbro MP Skywarp secondhand at £30.

Spend it on Hookers and blow!

Early jets are redundant now with the new molds, Tak Roddy is probably above £90, and the Hasbro one is neutered without his trailer...

I'd say Grimlock too, the Hasbro one only loses out on accessories you'll very rarely use (if at all) and comes with his G1 Marvel crown. Also if you look around you should be able to find him in TRU for £50 (on 'sale' from £60) which would leave you £40.

To spend on hookers and blow!

Yeah Hasbro MP Grimlock is your best bet. You could get Hasbro MP Roddy of course, but personally I think the Takara one is far better in deco and complete with trailer, so unless you find a good deal on MP-09 V1 (and don't mind possible QC issues), stick with Grimmy.

On a sidenote, I love this new word 'requimended', and will endeavor to use it in conversation :thumbs2:

Another vote for hookers and blow.

Or why not treat yourself to some Third-Party fun? Not Insecticons, not Minibots, etc.

Get yourself down to TRU and pick up MP Grimmy for around £60.

If you have the money, and can find him, get yourself a Grimmy. You owe it to yourself for sure. He is not only awesome, he's also loads of fun to play with. You can't say that about the rest of the MP line in my opinion. You can also display him with RTS Jazz, which is a mega bonus for me, as they're two of my favourite moulds.

Now, MP09 is currently £60 at TRU, so if you can find an extra £20 and pick them both up, I think you'll be well on your way to a MP collection.
I'm not massively sold on TRURoddy like I am with Grimlock, I have both versions and prefer the Japan release.

However, I think that MP09 is probably the pinnacle of MP design. We're likely to see slightly less complex, smaller figures from here on in.

I say drop the blow and double down on the hookers...

Barring that, check out the Igear MP-style seekers. I don't own them, but apparently they're well liked.

You'll have to go in store and get one, I've deffo seen them lurking around.

Some TRU's have him on sale at £60, and some have him discounted at £50, luck of the draw really. If you can't get to a TRU I can always pick one up for you, and you pay me the cost plus P&P.
